Critical Dysfunctional Black CITY Government-With No Vision
“Baltimore City has not had a “Peoples Mayor” since Governor Donald Schaefer and Kurt Schmoke were both Mayors of Charm City.” From Martin O’Malley, Shelia Dixon, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Catherine Pugh to Jack Young all only cared about self, their hair, their cronies and DEMOCRATIC political operatives, to friends, with whom they enrich themselves stealing taxpayers monies lining their pockets with shady deals ripping off the people of Baltimore City, using the Office of Mayor as their license to steal from the people, while the streets cave in to violent crimes and infrastructure failures of no cares show by way of thousands of pots holes, while places like Canton and others look like Beverly Hills of The Hood and the rest of Baltimore City is good, all still controlled by Black hands in bloody mud. “Sorry, Baltimore City does not have to be, but has become our Black Swamp.” Let me show you how to drain it legally…
Black On Black Against Black and Blacks
Blacks cannot blame White Folks, when blacks in power controlled all or part of the City for 30 years or more, showing nothing for the Peoples but guaranteed death, no job creation, and business first to funeral homes and shock trauma. Now we have evidence of powerful White contractors getting rich through back doors at city hall favors hole, moving out Black poor citizens from the old city plantations row homes and seeing wealthy whites taking over at Bossman’s new living area geared with only perks for Whites Only. The Black Baltimore City government trick against its Black population. “Like Rawhide, round up Blacks and if they have NO money move these Negroes out.”
Blacks in Baltimore are suppressing themselves.” Like NEW Slave Masters, Black politicians and members of the elite Killer elements both jockey for power one running after the other.”
Where and When is the Black Man’s Reconstruction Plan? Who Will Deliver This Time ?
65 % of Baltimore citizens suffer from political to economic depression to broken elevations of sealed door inequalities. Making 2/3 of the Black population in Baltimore guarantee the citizen or person being uneducated, unemployed, in prison, Uber Driver, a correction officer, police, drug dealer, drug addict, corrupt politician or killer to Domestic Urban Terrorist. This is All Baltimore offers if you are Black.
This guarantees you will die sooner or later from the unclean hands of one or several of the Master Plan dysfunctional elements that are concreted in Baltimore’s lifestyle history.
The affected people must draw strength from prayer and self to rise above and beyond, as the government is Baltimore’s problems and those in power have no plan, no power and no sense of direction to fix what they don’t understand.
Why So Many Blacks Have so many Fears Like Slavery is still in Effect
Blacks at all levels have always had fears about how to when we fix our problems. Maybe, those Blacks in power in Baltimore should consider and think about what whites and Caucasians do every day. Whites hire experts, crisis managers, and real experts regardless of the color of their skin or race. It’s about you knowing what to do with the problems and solutions with the Best Achievable outcome. Right now each day, you only offer death and injury plans maybe life insurance, and police late getting to my murder scene.
Black Folks In Baltimore Need to Let Go of the 1950’s,60’s and 70’s
The BPD is running from scene to scene, not willing to admit like Baltimore City officials they cannot fix nor control the violence in the streets. The FOP3 is totally wrong and incorrect on who is always the need to blame. New or old leadership change is of NO answer to Baltimore’s no street, community or Courthouse justice for thousands of innocent victims. The city police, its Commissioner, The Mayor, City Council President, and States Attorney Marilyn Mosby are powerless in more ways than 20. No Charm city official or any candidate for office has any plan to the problems with not one solution, but yet another democratic social program.
I am a Black professional, retired psych doctor, first responder from 45 years ago, domestic Urban Terrorism expert and crisis manager right here in Baltimore. Does a White man or Governor Hogan have to hire me to teach, train and help you not just manage you, but give you a plan and solutions to fix your problems? Well I have been ready for years, Governor Hogan, let’s talk!
A-Z, no Baltimore City official has any power to fix its problems that is the problem. Black city officials in Baltimore either learn how to think not act like Whites out or without Killing is a old but new job in Baltimore. The unfortunate application is someone hired or wants you dead. The holistic vision that too many Black Democrat politicians have is not going to STOP a killer or killings in Baltimore. Baltimore has thousands of Domestic Urban Terrorist cells operating throughout the city, now spreading to the county, at all age levels. No longer are the Black and old killing citizens in the city. From car jacking’s to murder young people have caught the power and thrills of seeing and hearing about people hurt and dying. Baltimore has become a recruiting station for younger people to not just learn but engage in killing, with no thought of catching them.
When Maryland repealed the death penalty in 2013 it sent a message to Killers that if I kill I will not die until it is my time, not the system taking me out. Many killers I have talked to or interviewed say they are good with life or life without, it’s better then knowing death penalty ended their lives. The Death Penalty repeal empowered the new Baltimore killers to take more lives. The repeal was a BIG mistake and the legislative problem recently to reintroduced the death penalty failed because it did not include the death of anyone, not just police. ALL LIVES MATTER IN A MURDER!
Let’s work to fix the epidemic, let’s think but move quickly to fix these crisis now, as funerals should not and cannot be the option nor cure we have to fight back the problems, but reown our lives, families and take more Black responsibility.
I am willing to lend my expertise to Governor Hogan, the State, MD legislature, then city to show you how to get more than the attention of your Killers and violent offenders. With my plan, Maryland has an opportunity to be First, in the country including the federal government on these issues. My only WARNING is lock up space, because the City, Counties and State will need it. Many luxuries enjoyed by Killers and violent offenders will be over. Believe It! Also, my plan includes a special repeal provision that would SAVE the City, Counties and State of MD millions just with a small but huge change in a criminal procedure is all I’ll say. Violent criminal defendants will know immediately the system means and has always meant business.
It’s time for a radical change and reforms with our criminal justice system, and we must also take a look and upgrade Crime Stoppers which is out of date as the model does not work with or in Baltimore any longer.
I will be submitting my own plan in hand of 6 years ago, with an Addendum seeking to have Governor Larry Hogan appoint me and my team as the State Crime Czar and Crisis Manager to set up shop in Baltimore City and help not just save lives, but teach the government on what powers it has and what the State government needs to do to save its precious City of Baltimore. The business plan and model has long been in place as described above, now like a small special team National Guard active the expertise needed to STOP this bloodshed, and give real guidance to all parties of what to do, this includes the Consent Decree images of the Baltimore City Police department and what can be done with it and move that department forward, ones the Federal Judge would probably immediately support, because what I know has never been proposed in regards retaining defections at a high rate. Put this in my contract, and I’ll be ready to testify before U.S. District Court Judge James Bredar.
